Tim spent ten seasons in the NBA as a player. He was drafted by Cleveland with the #12 pick in the 1984 draft and was traded to Washington and then Seattle. Tim played for the Seattle Supersonics, Philadelphia 76ers, New Jersey Nets, Houston Rockets, Atlanta Hawks, and New York Knicks. Tim has worked with NBA players over the past fifteen years teaching strategies to improve performance and achieve greatness. He also runs the NBA Players Association's TOP 100 Basketball Camp for the elite 100 high school players in the nation. Tim provides color analysis as a broadcaster for ESPN. He is currently in his sixteenth year of broadcasting.

Champions in sports and stars in the business world regularly out produce their competition because they have an internal passion for growth and continually strive to be their absolute best.
Never Be Average is a call for each of us to look deep within ourselves and know that we're capable of doing more. The highest achievers know that if they relax and become complacent, the competition is ready to pass them by. Average is the enemy and if you follow the principles of my game plan, you will Never Be Average.
